zucchini, unpeeled and cut into large sticks
1 tbsp
vegetable oil
1 tbsp
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
13 cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Preparation
  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Brush zucchini sticks with vegetable oil, sprinkle with Vegetable Seasoning and season with Sea Salt and Pepper.
  2. Barbecue until slightly tender and grill marked. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
Tips

Use a spray pump to mist olive oil evenly on zucchini. A great way to reduce fat and calories.
